Urgent foot care in Paris: painful ingrown toenail or corn
When a foot hurts, every step counts. What can be eased quickly at the practice, what to do while you wait, and the signs that mean you need a doctor.
What can be eased at the practice
- An early ingrown toenail: the spike of nail is freed; pain often eases during the session.
- A very painful corn: the core is removed, usually bringing immediate relief.
- Thick hard skin that stops you walking: reduced until walking is comfortable.
- A painful cracked heel: hard skin reduced and the crack protected.
